Niina: Wildernes guide, head chef and founder of the forest restaurant
Niina has had a long career as a chef and head chef in several restaurants in Helsinki.
Now her own restaurant in Teijo offers delicious lunch, catering, guided tours in Teijo National Park and forest restaurant services.
Niina is also a baker and a nature guide. Her hobbies include baking, nature walks with her dogs, cold water swimming and gym.
Sami: Chef
Sami has also had a long career as a chef in various restaurants in both Helsinki and Salo.
Sami’s strengths are making hot dishes and a´la carte.
Sami lives on a farm, where he grows grain in his spare time. He is also an old scout, so making a fire on a campfire comes naturally to him.
Fanny: Chef
Fanny is the cheerleader of the team and she is always in a good mood.
Fanny’s strengths include making cold dishes and baking.
In her free time, Fanny likes to go for a walk in nature with her dog, bake or go horse riding.
